OUR STORY

Here at Southwest Area Council IFT/AFT/AFL/CIO-, we see the value in every worker and the strength in working together for a common good. We want to be a catalyst for positive change, and since our beginnings in 2000, we’ve been driven by the same ideas we initially founded our Labor Organization upon: better working conditions, improved productivity, and more active employee participation.
